Yes, I 'm tired of every n00b in the universe coming in with "OMG, my chara so pwnz0rz! Look at eet! LOOK AT EET!" and then when people say "It's so mary-sue" they get offended and want to shoot whoever said that, but the truth is, they are EXTREME sues, and their creator's are in denial. DENIAL!
But I'm still too nice. I want to flame the living crap outta every one of them, but instead, I'll just give a guide on how to NOT make a sue, how to fix a sue, what IS a sue, etc. Because I'm not the kind of person to work up the need to flame people because they suck at proper character creation. I have sues, some purposely (Tashina) and some that aren't so etremely bad (Lock Dragmire) but these people...these people make me want to cry in an emo corner, then some out and burn their faces off, throw them in the ocean with their hands and feet tied up, and throw xibbles at them to eat what's left. I'm talking about the characters, of course, not the creators. I just want to punch them a few times for being so freakn' annoying in chat.

All thse characters here are mine and mine alone, though I did just make them up for this tutorial.
I know the people aren't colored. I dun want to color them. You get the jist.

Good job, Mel.... though I would have also added that an Anti-Sue also, if it does use magic, should focus on maybe ONE power, and it has to be explainable. Like an original character can't be all "Lololz, Hai guise I can pwnzorz u cuz I use fire and lightning and ice and..." etc. etc. And if they DO have unusual abilities they should be explained by something like the fact that Spheira can use shadow powers is due to Abyss or that Roku can weild fire is because of Pheonix, etc. though it doesn't HAVE to be an alter-ego that's teh source of the character's magic. XD
