This is Risaer. He is a character from my friend 
's online comic "Rejected Reality" He's a necromancer, uses black bagic, and....stuff like that.
Winna wanted to know if I could draw a chibi of one of the characters, so I did, and made it funny X3
Also, on aim, while trying to say "noodle" i said "loodle" so now all of these kind of chibis are to be reffered to as "loodle-arm" or "loodle chibis"
This was actually done a while back, but I never got around to posting it until now
